Everyone bets either pass or don't pass, shooter decides which bets he's going to fade and then shoots his come out roll. 7 or 11 is an automatic pass, end of roll. 2,3 or 12 is an automatic don't pass and end of roll. Any other number is the point. If he rolls his point again before rolling a 7 or 11 people who bet pass win, if he hit's a 7 or 11 then don't pass bets win. Shooter pays any bet he decided to fade and lost and collects any bet that he faded and won.

Easiset way to keep track of bets is to have everyone use a quarter on top of the bet for don't pass, just the chips for pass. The quarter doesn't play. Make sure you're throwing the dice up against something so a dice mechanic can't cheat.
