Here are side-by-side scans of a $500 Blue Chip James Bond sample chip (from Apache Poker Chips), a $500 Paulson JB (randomly selected from the two hundred $500 chips I have), and a $25 Paulson JB, which is the worst-made one I have found so far in my new set of 1500.
Side 1:

Side 2:
The Blue Chip, on both sides, has roundness and centering problems with the inlay, and the mold isn't uniform in width. From what I've seen in other pictures on the web and on forums, these issues are not unusual in the Blue Chip JBs.
The $500 Paulson has none of these issues. It is quite representative of the other chips in my set.
The $25 Paulson JB, Side 1, shows a noticeably off-center inlay. It has off-center graphics as well, and the mold is about 0.5mm wider at the top "L" than at the bottom "L". Side 2 appears normal. The off-center graphic is representative of the other chips with the off-center graphic problem.
So, on the Paulsons, the most common problem I've found so far are off-center graphics (inlays are centered and round, though), which seems to affect about 30% of my chips. I have not found any of the graphics touching or running-off the edge of the inlay, though. The off-center inlay and non-uniform mold shown on the $25 chip is the only occurance of this that I have found so far in my set of 1500 chips.
