Those are pretty cool. I like the background circles. I'm usually not a fan of having the denomination twice, but it's not that bad here.
My personal suggestions:
-Change the font for "A chip & a chair". It's not too legible as is.
-For ChipCo's I personally don't like having the face have edge spots, since they'll never line up with the actual edge spots.
-I'd go with a different edge spot for each chip, rather than have every chip have the same edges.
What is that $1 chip, light gray? That's a great way to not bring up the
vs.
debacle!
