I don't think there would be any infringement here since there is not going to be another season of the show, plus I am not sure how to go about or how many chips would be needed to make a buy. I'm sure however there would be enough people that wanted these to get something going. Not to mention it would be way more affordable. Just rambling, but would like to know what others think.

I think they're a good deal not even considering they were on Tilt. The blanks are, what, 99c? Labels for a penny more or something? Unless you get REALLY good labels. The recess is perfect for labels.
I would get Colorado labels made for them. Or buy the Diamond Tilt Blue chips. I think the setup they switched to is good:
$5.00 > 15 CHIPS
$25.00 > 25 CHIPS
$100.00 > 25 CHIPS
$500.00 > 25 CHIPS
$1,000.00 > 10 CHIPS
That's better than the old setup they were selling: 20-20-20-20-20
