I picked up some samples of 4 different Golden Moon BJ chips -- [edit: took out links and put in picture directly]
They are identical to the Canterbury chips, with a different inlay and color scheme, of course -- the $5 chips at each place are an exact match. I brought some Canterburys along to compare...
These and all my other BJs are exactly 39mm each.
And I also picked up some Paulsons from Silver Star -- the Choctaw's sister casino across the road.
It's funny, they seem to be phasing out the $1 BJ chips at Golden Moon. The blackjack tables were mostly using $1 slot tokens, with only a few $1 BJs left. The dealer seemed almost happy to get rid of the BJs, but I didn't have a chance to talk to a pit boss about this.
Across at the Silver Star, the Poker Room used exclusively Paulsons. So there were racks and racks of $1 chips, most of them in good condition. I could have scored several hundred good white Paulsons if I wanted to...
Oops -- sorry about the thread-jacking....
