I ran 2 more pages of each print to use just the upper rows. Great first post and welcome to the forum. Printing is always an issue and the design needs to account for the slight off centering that can't be avoided (even w/ the pro's). In regards to the unprinted area the design should also incoporate a fair amount of bleed... i.e. the graphic background is significantly larger than the label such that unprinted areas do not occur.
