The vast majority of negative feedback that pc.com receives is from their lead times.

They can take up to 4 weeks to get your art proofs done if you don't provide any art and the chips won't get to you any earlier then 14-16 weeks after the art is finalized. Other then that, I have not heard of a single person who has gotten their chips from pc.com and been disappointed..they have always been very happy with the end result, just not the wait.

I dont know anything about hpc.com so I cant help ya there, sorry.
