As you may know, Paulson, the “Moby Dick” of poker chips, has just entered the home market again. If you want some of the new Paulson home chips with a fresh, unique design, there is only one choice: The Pharoah's Club.
I decided to put together a new fantasy casino chip to fill the gap. I feel that a new mold change will help make this the best poker chip available anywhere right now.
The set design is now complete and orders are being taken. We modeled the chip after the classic Vegas casino designs on older, real casino chips. Ours has a bit more flair that allows it to compete with the beautiful designs on chips today. It retains all the classic inlay elements: Casino name, a simple logo, and the location of the casino. If you take part in this group buy, you will be getting a unique and the most sought after new chip on the market, at a price that cannot be matched anywhere. Retail for this chip would be $1.15 bare minimum, and most likely $1.25 to $1.50 each. See the end of this post for bigger mockups. ** Click here to complete the Order form
* INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING MONEY ORDERS
Here are things we know for sure: - While this chip set is a collaborative effort among many, many forum contributors, I must stress that I retain all rights for decisions on design, production, and orders. This set has been discussed at great length at the 2+2 forum and I recommend reading the wealth of information see how we got where we are.
- Each inlay for each for each color of chips is unique.
- The colors are not negotiable. We were limited to the same color choices that Paulson allows for ALL home chip sets. The clay colors are the exact same as the James Bond 2005, Trademark Stocks, and any other Paulson "home" chips. So you can add to your set if you bought some already from somewhere else.
- Inlays will be the round, standard sized inlay (7/8”). The mold is being currently being reworked to better fit a standard inlay.
- From the day that we place the order, it will be approximately 8-10 weeks for delivery to the vendor.
- The images you see in this post are the current set we have submitted for production.
If you have any questions that the whole group can benefit from the answers, please post here. Still feel free to contact me by any means you want; IM, PM, email, etc.

A member (Wizard) gave me these 3D renderings of the chips in use. (As good as they look, these are not real)

Chips: 3,377.0 Bank: 0.0 Total Chips: 3,377.0 | | | Thanks
Thanks for all of the hard work. I still plan on buying as of now. I do not think I will want .25 and $1 chips in my set but I want to get a couple sets to sell later that would include all of the chips. For my set I am thinking:
350 $5
250 $25
200 $100
150 $500
50 $1000
I am having a hard time deciding on amounts.
For the other set(s):
200 .25
250 $1
150 $5
150 $25
100 $100
100 $500
50 $1000
What do you guys think of this set of 1000?

Regarding the news that ; "Paulson will allow only 7 chips per 100,000 order. "
I am saddened that we got this news. It means that there are now no "non-denomination" options for this set. That was a reason that many peple were ordering this set.
I hope everyone stays with the group buy anyway. I understand if you have to pull out, just let me know.
I don't think this will affect the total order much, just reduce it by a few. I'll keep you all postyed about how many cancel. (NO CANCELS SO FAR!)

I will still be in. It will put a big dent in how many I would have ordered with the non-denom's, but I will still be getting a mnimum of 400.
No non-denom's makes me ...

What do you guys think of this set of 1000? | Which 1000. I like the top. The bottom is good for cash games, but not for tournaments with 1000> in starting chips. it would be fine to do tournies with 100 starting value though. I would bump the 500 and 1000 down a little and bump up the 5 and 25's.

Is there any chance to switch the denominations on the .25 and $1 chip?
I'm really thinking about jumping on these... but
I want blues to be a dollar, and whites to be a quarter. I know i'm not the only one who thinks this way.

Chips: 254.5 Bank: 0.0 Total Chips: 254.5 | | | Non-Denoms
Ten,
If it is to be these seven chips, all with denoms - I like the colors(I prefer the $1 to be white, but will only whine a litte, unlike others, if it was to be inverted). That said, and repeating what has previously been stated re: inflation, versatility to change to .50, 3, 7, 10, 50, $5000, etc... would it be a good idea to consider making the .25 a non-denom to add flexability to the set. We'd still only have 7 chips, guys that don't like the white dollar could make the blue non-denom their $1 and more people would be accomodated? The only downside it that the white-$1-haters wouldn't have both a .25 and a $1 in their set if they wanted. The only other option I see is to make BOTH the blue and white non-denom and keep the other 5 denom(I like this edea much less).
All that said - I love the set the way it is... but could live with the blue .25 being non-denom. Actually, as of yesterday I would have gotten the .25 non-denom for flexability and inflation - and got the other 6 all denom($1, 5, 25, 100, 500, 1000).... so I think that making the blue non-denom might be a great option to satisfy the most people if that's what it takes to get to 100,000+. Just trying to help, thanks for listening. |

I was going to say the same as TripKings just did... I'd be all for making the 0.25 and $1 chip non-denom. At a minimum I like.. no LOVE.. the idea of making at least the 0.25 chip a non-denom. That way, the blue $1 chip people can order this one and use it as a $1 chip. Also, the tourney people can use it as a bounty chip or any other special chip as well.
My $0.02. Hey, how about a 0.02 chip???? Ante up! Btw, I am getting closer and closer to commiting to a medium size set as this gets finalized.

I also think the blue and white non-denom is a good idea, but would settle for just the blue non-denom.
